Golf Vacations ha

s been my passion for many years, more than I care to remember, but before that I spent 15 years in the wine and spirits industry, traveling extensively.  I felt it’s been long overdue that I combine these passions; travel, fine dining, exceptional wine, single malt Scotch, a fine cigar and of course golf. And putting this into something I can share. I’ve collected a trove of stories and road trip memories, and I feel it is about time that I begin to share them.

Golf continues to challenge me, humble me, and teach me invaluable life lessons—patience, perseverance, resilience, and the importance of staying positive after a less-than-perfect shot. It’s a game that has not only shaped my mindset but also pushed me to achieve, be more honest with myself and with others.

Yes, I still get butterflies on the first tee, especially on a new course with an audience. But thanks to golf, I’ve traveled to some of the most exciting places and met some of the nicest and fascinating people. As the saying goes, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”  and golf travel has helped me see a lot of beauty in this world.

As time marches on, I’ve found writing about my travels helps me capture the details and relive the joy of each journey. It also fuels my curiosity to discover what’s next, new destinations, memorable courses, and the special moments that come with them.

I hope you find these destination stories both entertaining and useful. There are so many amazing places to see, rounds to play, and glasses to raise. Time may be the only limit, so get out there and enjoy it.
